Returns Policy

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want to ensure you love the piece as much as we do. If you are unsure of an item,
please contact us prior to purchasing so we can assist. Our studio is open Tues-Fri, 10am-2pm,
or by private appointment. We would love to help you decide which piece is right for you.
If you are unable to visit our studio in-person, we are happy to schedule a virtual appointment to
discuss different pieces!

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your piece thoroughly upon reception. If the item is damaged or defective,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or receipt at cresta@crestabledsoe.com.
